01
General Description
The LSE (Logical Sensory Extrovert), often called "Stierlitz" or "The Administrator," is a pillar of reliability, hard work, and competence. They are practical realists who are dedicated to doing things the right way. The LSE is energetic, organized, and deeply caring in a tangible sense. They value quality, tradition, and fairness. They are the managers who ensure that the world runs smoothly, taking care of both the work process and the people involved.

Ego Block
Leading: Extroverted Logic (Te) The LSE is driven by a need for factual accuracy and efficient action. They are constantly gathering information and refining their methods. They are hardworking and expect the same from others. They value competence above all and are always ready to share their knowledge. They are straightforward and honest in their dealings.
Creative: Introverted Sensing (Si) The LSE uses Si to ensure that their work is of high quality and that the environment is comfortable. They pay attention to details and aesthetics. They are excellent at providing for the physical needs of others—cooking, building, fixing. They believe that work should be done in a way that is sustainable and healthy. They value comfort and relaxation as a reward for hard work.

Super-Ego Block
Role: Extroverted Ethics (Fe) The LSE tries to be polite and hospitable. They can follow social protocols and be a good host. However, they find emotional volatility and dramatic displays to be exhausting. They prefer calm, steady relationships. They struggle to deal with strong negative emotions in others and may become flustered or angry if the emotional atmosphere becomes chaotic.
Vulnerable: Introverted Intuition (Ni) The LSE lives in the present and struggles with abstract forecasting and timing. They dislike rushing and hate being late, but they often misjudge how long things will take. They are skeptical of mysticism, vague predictions, and "wasteful" daydreaming. They want clear schedules and concrete plans, and they get stressed when the future is uncertain.

Super-Id Block
Suggestive: Introverted Ethics (Fi) The LSE has a deep need for sincere, stable, and kind relationships. They are often unsure of how to navigate the subtleties of human connection. They are drawn to people (like the EII) who are gentle, empathetic, and morally pure. They want to be assured that they are a good person and that their relationships are secure.
Mobilizing: Extroverted Intuition (Ne) The LSE wants to be seen as open-minded and creative. They enjoy hearing about new possibilities and potential improvements. They appreciate people who can offer them novel solutions and help them see the bigger picture. They can be surprisingly playful and enjoy humor that plays with ideas.

Id Block
Ignoring: Introverted Logic (Ti) The LSE understands logic but finds abstract theorizing to be a waste of time. They care about facts (Te), not theories (Ti). They will not follow a system if it contradicts the facts or practical experience. They value experience over credentials.
Demonstrative: Extroverted Sensing (Se) The LSE is strong and capable of defending themselves. They have a commanding presence when necessary. However, they dislike using force and prefer to convince people through logic and facts. They are not aggressive and do not seek power for its own sake. They only use force to protect their work or their loved ones.
