Leading: Introverted Intuition (Ni) The IEI lives in the flow of time. They are constantly reflecting on the past and dreaming of the future. They have a vivid imagination and a strong sense of premonition. They often feel that they are waiting for something great to happen. They are patient and can endure difficult situations by retreating into their inner world of visions and hopes. They see the trends and patterns that others miss.

Creative: Extroverted Ethics (Fe) The IEI uses Fe to express their inner visions and to influence the emotional environment. They are not loud or overpowering; their emotional expression is subtle, lyrical, and often tinged with melancholy or irony. They know how to charm, how to lighten the mood, or how to evoke sympathy. They use their emotions to navigate social situations and to connect with others.

Role: Introverted Sensing (Si) The IEI can try to be organized and take care of domestic details, but they find it incredibly boring and draining. They struggle to maintain a routine or to focus on mundane physical realities. They often live in a bit of a mess or rely on others to handle the practicalities of life. They dislike being judged on their ability to perform household chores.

Vulnerable: Extroverted Logic (Te) The IEI struggles with efficiency, logistics, and dry facts. They find business dealings, bureaucracy, and financial management to be stressful and confusing. They dislike being asked "is this useful?" or "how much does it cost?" They often lack practical skills and can be taken advantage of in pragmatic matters. They avoid hard work that has no emotional or spiritual meaning.

Suggestive: Extroverted Sensing (Se) The IEI is drawn to strength, power, and decisiveness. They feel a lack of volition in themselves and admire people (like the SLE) who can take charge, overcome obstacles, and protect them. They subconsciously want to be "conquered" or led by a strong hand. They need an external push to mobilize them into action.

Mobilizing: Introverted Logic (Ti) The IEI wants to understand the logic of the world. They enjoy listening to structural explanations and categorizations. They want their beliefs to be consistent and logical. They often try to appear rational and disciplined, but their logic is often subjective. They seek a framework that can give structure to their fluid intuitive insights.

Ignoring: Extroverted Intuition (Ne) The IEI sees possibilities but prefers to focus on the one unfolding path of destiny (Ni). They dislike aimless brainstorming or considering too many alternatives, which they find distracting. They are not interested in "what could be" in a broad sense, but in "what will be" for them personally.

Demonstrative: Introverted Ethics (Fi) The IEI understands relationships and personal feelings very well. They can be very empathetic and supportive. However, they prefer to express this through the shared emotional atmosphere (Fe) rather than through private moral judgments. They are more concerned with the mood of the interaction than with rigid ethical evaluations of character.
