The IEE (Intuitive Ethical Extrovert), often called "Huxley" or "The Psychologist," is a charming explorer of human potential. They are enthusiastic, curious, and deeply interested in people. The IEE is a natural networker who can find a common language with almost anyone. They are constantly scanning the world for new possibilities, interesting characters, and exciting adventures. They are spontaneous and insightful, often acting as a catalyst for others' personal growth.

Leading: Extroverted Intuition (Ne) The IEE is driven by an insatiable curiosity. They see potential everywhere—in people, in ideas, in situations. They are easily bored by the routine and are always looking for something new. They are excellent at reading people's hidden talents and motivations. They are optimists who believe that there is always another option.

Creative: Introverted Ethics (Fi) The IEE uses Fi to build relationships with the interesting people they meet. They are experts at establishing psychological distance—getting close to someone quickly to understand them, and then moving on if they lose interest. They are empathetic and charming, using their understanding of people to navigate social networks. They value authenticity and personal connection.

Role: Extroverted Sensing (Se) The IEE can try to be forceful and decisive, but they cannot sustain it. They dislike conflict and pressure. They prefer to persuade people through charm and ideas rather than force. They struggle with discipline and routine willpower. They may be disorganized and scatterbrained.

Vulnerable: Introverted Logic (Ti) The IEE struggles with strict logic, hierarchies, and bureaucracy. They hate filling out forms, following rigid rules, and dealing with impersonal systems. Mobilizing: Extroverted Logic (Te) The IEE wants to be efficient and knowledgeable. They enjoy learning practical facts and "life hacks." They want to be seen as capable and productive. They appreciate advice on how to organize their work and execute their ideas effectively. They often start many projects but need help finishing them.

Ignoring: Introverted Intuition (Ni) The IEE can foresee the future but prefers to focus on the multitude of possibilities (Ne). They dislike being told that something is "inevitable." They want to keep their options open. They live in a world of "what if," not "what will be."

Demonstrative: Extroverted Ethics (Fe) The IEE is very expressive and emotional. They can easily energize a group. However, they view emotions as a way to establish personal connection (Fi), not as an end in themselves. They are not interested in maintaining a formal social atmosphere if it feels fake.
